- Sale related contracts and documentation which includes pre-sale verification, inspection of documents obtaining necessary encumbrances certificates and such other authentic/ certified copies from all the authorities concerned including the respective sub-registrar offices.
- Title search, Legal Opinion on all types of properties and land.
- Due diligence of residential and commercial property.
- To Draft finalize and execute Development Agreements, Construction Agreements, Joint Ventures, Deeds/Agreements more fully required for complete property development.
